

I've been making this for a few years now, always to rave reviews. some recipes will say "4 T lemon juice, divided" in the ingredient list so it cues the reader into the notion of using the lemon juice during 2 separate times of preparation. of lemon juice, but you only use 3 T of it at first. one thought that could help: the ingredient list calls for 4 T. the only slight negative is that i thought the recipe was just a tiny bit hard to follow, as i was doing things ahead of time. they all loved it! we cooked it in the oven without a plank and it was still wonderful- not overly sweet, but perfect with the potatoes. Made this for a dinner with my in-laws and 8 friends last night.
